360 Environmental is pleased to support the Women in Focus team, seeking to improve performance and create a productive, motivated workforce.  Women in Focus is an initiative from the Commonwealth Bank - a program designed specifically to develop skills and maximise potential.  The Commonwealth Bank is a sponsor of the Telstra Business Women’s Awards (Business Owner Award), and is keen to be involved with the many talented women whose vision and hard work has helped them create thriving businesses.  Women in Focus is a business coaching program designed to identify and achieve business, career and personal goals. 

Toni Cowell and Michelle Rhodes attended the Perth launch of Women in Focus national program. As a previous State winner of the Telstra Corporate and Business Women of the Year, Michelle was the guest speaker at the inaugural event.  Gail Hackett is the head of the Women in Focus initiative, working with Deloitte, a leading global professional services firm, also committed to inspiring women and creating better businesses.
