360 Environmental Welcomes…
Russell Holmes
Environmental Scientist
Russell has worked in the land development industry since 1999. Russell recently worked on a number of iconic land developments in the south west and regional areas of Western Australia. Tasks include responsibility for planning approvals, production of management plans and other environmental documentation and implementation and management of field surveys and annual monitoring. Russell joined the Land Development team at 360 Environmental in November 2010. Russell is working closely with Brad Palmer on further developing the Land Development team at 360 Environmental and securing our future success. We welcome Russell.
Leceile Firth
Ecologist
Leceile’s experience is centred around biological and social sciences, providing a solid grounding in a range of biological disciplines and their application to the management of biota. Leceile joined 360 in November 2010 and is a senior member of the Environmental and Biological Services Team at 360 Environmental. Her role involves the design, coordination and implementation of field surveys, from small metropolitan land development projects, to linear infrastructure and major baseline surveys for mining clients. Leceile is also involved in the assessment of biological constraints and impacts for various developments, including long-term studies of the alteration/ recovery of ecosystems following anthropogenic impacts and the peer review of technical biological reports which support environmental impact assessments. Her active involvement in conservation has found her leading group expeditions in the Southwest, South Coast, Gascoyne and Kimberley regions of Western Australia. Leceile is tasked with growing the Environmental and Biological Services team to ensure our Client’s continue to receive the excellent service to which they have come accustomed at 360 Environmental. We welcome Leceile.
Emma Barr
HSEQ Coordinator
Emma brings to 360 Environmental experience in the development and implementation of HSE Management systems with a focus on the petroleum and resources industry. Her experience has been gained whilst working as a HSEQ Coordinator for marine and environmental biological consultancies. Emma joined 360 Environmental in April 2011 as our HSEQ Coordinator charged with strengthening our HSEQ Management Systems (HSEQMS) aligned to the framework of ISO9001 and ISO 14001, and to ensure 360 Environmental’s HSEQMS supports safe work systems for a broad range of work scopes. The HSEQMS is now being advanced to a high standard aligned to the needs the petroleum and resources sector. We welcome Emma.
Kristy Maloney
Administration Assistant
Kristy Maloney started with 360 Environmental in April 2011 as our Receptionist/Administration Assistant. Coming from Esperance with a background in customer service Kristy brings a new and fresh approach to the front desk of 360 Environmental. Kristy works as part of the Business Service Unit providing support to all staff to ensure the clients of 360 Environmental are the main focus. Kristy’s background in financial knowledge is also utilised in helping deliver the KPI’s that are a part of 360 Environmental’s culture. Having to service all the staff of the company Kristy uses her organizational and listening skills to ensure she provides the highest level of service to all her peers. We welcome Kristy.
Rory MacLeod
Environmental Scientist
Rory graduated from Murdoch University in 2010 with a Bachelors degree in Marine Science. During his studies he gained experience in the environmental industry through various biological & environmental surveys and monitoring programs. Rory joined 360 Environmental in March 2011 as part of the Soil, Water and Air Assessment team. Rory is primarily responsible for field sampling and analysis of soil, sediment, groundwater and surface water, data assessment and reporting. We welcome Rory to the team.
Niamh Hade
Environmental Scientist
Niamh has been working in the environmental field since 2005 gaining multidisciplinary experience in environmental management, public relations, water treatment technology and scientific research. Niamh is an experienced Environmental Officer having authored Management Plans, Environmental Scoping Studies and Water Management Plans. Niamh has managed environmental approvals, Preliminary Site Investigations, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and data analysis and undertaken environmental field sampling and analysis.
Niamh has worked in the environmental industry as an Environmental and GIS Consultant and held several onsite environmental management roles. In these roles Niamh has developed strong management, reporting and verbal communication skills. Niamh joined 360 Environmental in May 2011 as an Environmental Scientist for our Soil, Water and Air Assessment team and her roles include contaminated site assessments, acid sulphate soil assessment, onsite environmental management and support, field sampling and monitoring of soils, groundwater and surface waters, compliance reporting and auditing. We welcome Niamh.
