Wandi South and Anketell Cells

The Eastern Residential Intensification Concept (ERIC) is the largest planned residential development concept within the Town of Kwinana, and is where the majority of the Town’s future new residential lots will be developed.

360 Environmental has provided strategic environmental advice to one of the largest proponents in the area, Mammoth Nominees and their town planners, Greg Rowe and Associates, for the Wandi South and Anketell Cells. With environmental constraints within both cells, environmental input was provided to utilise existing opportunities to assist site planning and the preparation and submission of Local Structure Planning documents.

Specifically, 360 Environmental provided the following services:

• Strategic environmental advice and interpretation of environmental attributes, in accordance with policies and guidelines relevant at a National, State and Local Government area level
• Flora and fauna investigations
• Development of environmental documents, including a Local Structure Plan Environmental Assessment Report to accompany planning approval documents

Key to delivery of these reports in particular was understanding the history of the environmental planning processes associated with wetland management and Bush Forever policies to enable an environmentally focused outcome that delivers on a client’s needs.
