Land Development Projects
The Land Development Team at 360 Environmental provides environmental management support to our land development clients in gaining and managing the environmental approvals they require to progress their development projects. The environmental support our team provides to our clients ranges from pre-purchase due diligence, clearing permits, and opportunities and constraints assessments, through to project environmental support to assist projects through the planning process, strategic planning and environmental impact assessments. We have experience in obtaining approvals under State and Federal environmental legislation, in particular the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (Part IV and Part V) and the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
We can facilitate biological surveys through our in-house Environmental and Biological Services team, physical surveys through our Soil Water and Air Team or manage specialist consultants as required.
