Expertise in Environmental Protection Act 1986 undertaking environmental impact assessments, licencing/ works approval processes and ministerial condition compliance auditing is a core part of the team skill.360 Environmental has an excellent working knowledge of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (and the associated amendments), the Environment Protection and Biodiversity and Conservation Act 1999, Environmental Protection Policies, Guidance notes and Codes of Practice. The team has experience working within the the former Department of Environmental Protection in both the Perth and regional offices. Experience has been gained in working through approvals from both the regulator and industry perspectives. This provides an invaluable understanding of the needs and requirements of the stakeholders involved, which can expedite the approvals process.
