The team at 360 Environmental have been involved in many environmental approvals including the management of environmental conditions for the Stirling Harvey Redevelopment Scheme, the Burrup Peninsula Industrial Water Supply Project on behalf of Water Corporation and other key development projects in the petroleum industry.
 
360 Environmental has experience in environmental impact assessment from a regulatory perspective. The team was involved in the provision of advice for the assessment pollution prevention and social matters of the Burrup Fertilisers project, the Onslow salt development and the Newcrest Telfer expansion. Licence, works approval and ministerial condition compliance auditing has been undertaken on a wide range of industrial sites.
 
360 Environmental has an excellent working knowledge of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (and the associated amendments), the Environment Protection and Biodiversity and Conservation Act 1999, Environmental Protection Policies, Guidance notes and Codes of Practice. The team has experience working within the Pollution Prevention Branch of the former Department of Environmental Protection in both the Perth and North West regional offices. Experience has been gained in working though approvals from both the regulator and industry perspectives. This provides an invaluable understanding of the needs and requirements of the stakeholders involved, which can expedite the approvals process.
